Scaffolds - TinyModularThings/IC2Classic GitHub Wiki
IndustrialCraft 2 Classic (IC2C) offers a variety of new blocks and items, including Scaffolds. Scaffolds come in two variants, Wooden and Iron, and can be climbed up on and used in multiple ways, most notably controlling CF Spray.
Wooden Scaffolds
Wooden Scaffolds, by far, are the easier of the two to create. Created from 3 planks and 3 sticks, it yields 16 Scaffold blocks, which can be placed down and climbed up on. When right-clicked with a CF Sprayer, is replaced by CF Foam, thus you control the placement of CF Foam, useful for the placement of normal Construction Foam Walls. Scaffolds are also very helpful for building in Survival, as when you punch one with scaffold on your hand, builds up one block and takes one out of your inventory. The Wooden Scaffold is also used to create the "Barrel"; when right-clicked with an "Empty Booze Barrel", will place it on the Scaffold.
Iron Scaffolds
Iron Scaffolds are the harder of the two to create, but offer an extra benefit. Not ideal in practical usages, does control the placement of CF Foam, but instead of creating Construction Foam Walls when cooled, creates Reinforced Stone, a utility primarily used in Nuclear Facilities. As with the Wooden Scaffolds, they can be placed down and punched with more Iron Scaffolds, continues building them up.
