MV Machines are machines that Accept Medium Voltage (128 EU) or less,
They will always drop Advanced Machine Blocks when mined with a pickaxe.
When wrenched they have 80% chance of getting the actual machine back,
If that fails then they will drop a Advanced Machine Block.

MV Machines can not be upgraded with Every Machine Upgrades.
Anything that would cause a EnergyConsumption or Speed Modifier will be no longer accepted. Any Inventory Upgrade still can be inserted if the machine has a Inventory Upgrade support.
