Parts to 3D print - The-Hybrid-Atelier/RheoBoard GitHub Wiki

Print these

Download and print these parts before Assembly instructions. Panel sizes and likely roles are listed below. The sensing tube is listed below. The files are in BuildYourOwn/cad/.

Panel

Print base_panel.STEP, two copies of pump_holder.STEP, and valve_bracket.STEP in PLA on a 3D printer. A slicer opens the STEP files directly. There are no STL or slicer project files for these parts yet. Those panel files were set up on a Bambu Lab printer with that printer's normal profile. Files are in part.

Preview File Approx. size (mm) Likely role
base_panel.STEP 170 × 170 × 4 Base panel, with 4 mm holes
pump_holder.STEP 42.5 × 45 × 81 Pump holder for one pump. Print two.
valve_bracket.STEP 45 × 12 × 15 Small bracket, likely for the valve

Concept_v2.STEP is the full assembly, including the purchased components.

Sensing tube

Use the tube for sensing. Import at 100% scale. STL dimensions are in millimetres.

Preview File Approx. size What it is
sensing_tube.stl 12 mm diameter × 113.2 mm tall Hanging sensing tube with an internal flow passage and a male luer-lock. Editable source: sensing_tube.scad. An optional FTLLB220-6005 fitting can mate with that luer. The assembly steps do not require the fitting.
connector_small.stl 6.35 × 7.33 × 15.54 mm Optional. The assembly steps do not require it.

Print settings to add: Orientation and supports for base_panel.STEP, pump_holder.STEP, valve_bracket.STEP, and sensing_tube.stl. Copy count for base_panel.STEP, valve_bracket.STEP, and sensing_tube.stl. Material for sensing_tube.stl.

Actions:

  1. Print base_panel.STEP, two copies of pump_holder.STEP, and valve_bracket.STEP in PLA.
  2. Print sensing_tube.stl.
  3. Check the thread, luer, tubing, and airflow before use.

Check:

  • base_panel.STEP, two copies of pump_holder.STEP, and valve_bracket.STEP are printed in PLA
  • sensing_tube.stl is printed

Probe

The GL45 probe is still being designed. Its files are not available. Assembly instructions do not use it, and they do not include a sample-measurement procedure.

Notice

  • Printed parts are not medical-grade.
  • They are not pressure-rated or food-safe.
