Legacy Advancements

Whereas the main classes offer ample opportunity to develop, your character might prefer a degree of versatilty in their advancement. Similar to feats, Legacies have their own prerequisites, but potentially reward roleplay and combat alike. A legacy is a title of sorts, describing an aspect of a character that would echo through their fame and status. For this reason, a discerning GM might consider only allowing specific Legacies to characters that embody the title.

Legacies offer players with a singular set of features that befit a specific playstyle, granting them unique benefits. Whenever they gain a level, rather than investing it in a class, they can instead take a Legacy - offering a powerful alternative!
