How to evaluate driver behavior (scoring)

The driver is continuously performing activities to execute vehicle maneuvers and for his own pleasure. A driver monitoring system should evaluate his behavior in the context of the current vehicle maneuver.

First the system has to determine which maneuver is performed. Then for each maneuver evaluate a check list of activities or results. Some items can be checked of as done or failed, some are range related (speed between 0 to 30km/h).
