Objective

The Career Circle Program, developed by the Sujeeth Foundation, aims to bridge the gap between higher education and meaningful employment for college students. The program empowers students to take ownership of their career journey through structured mentorship and practical guidance.

Structure

The Career Circle Program is a six-week initiative designed to equip students with essential job search skills and strategies. Each week focuses on a specific aspect of career development:

1. Week 1: Self-Assessment

   • Building trust and personal narrative through vulnerability.

2. Week 2: Research & Exploration

   • Identifying aligned industries, roles, and companies.
   • Using the concept of Ikigai to align interests with career opportunities.

3. Week 3: Resume & Preparation

   • Developing a strong resume and online profile.
   • Creating a personalized base resume and LinkedIn profile.

4. Week 4: Networking

   • Building genuine professional relationships.
   • Applying "Work Out Loud" principles to network effectively.

5. Week 5: Applications & Interviews

   • Applying effectively and interviewing compellingly.
   • Developing application strategies and STAR storytelling techniques.

6. Week 6: Follow-up & Negotiation
