Long black hair with a faint blue sheen, worn side-swept with a braid and dressed with a blue floral hair ornament and blue tassel pins. Pale blue-grey eyes, fair skin, and an elegant, mature hourglass — a full bust, slim waist, and long legs.

Undressed. Out of her elegant qipao Yulan is a mature, refined hourglass with warm, smooth fair skin. Her bust is full and round — a heavy, well-shaped handful sitting high with a full underside, and its standout is the nipples: prominent and protruding, a warm rosy pink pushed well forward as pointed nubs on medium rosy-pink areolae. Her waist is slim, flaring into elegant hips and a round, full, firm ass — a smooth heart from behind that projects in a clean, generous curve. Between her thighs she keeps a small, neat triangle of dark pubic hair, a defined natural tuft above an otherwise smooth mound, with just the pink tip of the inner lips peeking at the base of a close, neat slit. Warm, poreless fair skin the whole way down.

Signature look across the levels. Yulan's whole wardrobe is the qipao (cheongsam) — mandarin collar, frog clasps, a high side slit, embroidered flat slippers — a refined, traditional look that fits the cultured History-and-Politics teacher. It's also where her guardedness shows: she stays the most covered and elegant the longest, and only sheds late. At level 1 it's a solid black qipao, opaque and formal; by level 5 a black-and-white floral one cut higher over a thong; at level 7 the dress turns to sheer red-trimmed fishnet over red lace lingerie; and by level 10 the fishnet qipao is worn over nothing at all. The silhouette never changes — always the cheongsam — only how much it conceals.

Precise, guarded, and rule-minded. Yulan asks the procedural question everyone else skips (is attendance mandatory? how do we handle the backlash?), respects hard evidence and competence, and keeps her distance until someone earns it. She teaches History and Politics.

Level progression. She thaws slowly, and only to demonstrated competence. As the campus climate rises (see School Levels) her guard comes down by degrees, on her own terms rather than the crowd's. (Characterisation draws partly on limited in-game material.)
