Long, glossy black hair worn in a high ponytail, tied off with a distinctive red-and-white striped ribbon whose tails hang loose past her shoulder; blunt, side-swept bangs frame her face. Fair skin lightly dusted with freckles across the nose and cheeks, pale grey-blue eyes, and full lips with deep-red lipstick. Dramatically hourglass figure — very full bust, cinched waist, wide hips. A small silver heart pendant sits at her throat as a constant, worn even out of uniform.

Undressed. Out of her uniform Adelaide is lush and dramatically hourglass — a mature, womanly figure built on generous curves. Her bust is big and heavy: full, round breasts that hang with real weight and sit a little low, tipped with soft pink-mauve nipples on broad, spread areolae. Her waist cinches in sharply before flaring to wide hips and a big, round, heavy ass, the full cheeks projecting in a deep curve over thick thighs. She keeps a neat, groomed triangle of dark pubic hair above an otherwise smooth mound and a closed, tidy slit. Pale, flawless skin over every soft, weighty curve.

Signature look across the levels. Her palette never changes — deep maroon and white, the school colours — and neither do two personal constants: the ribboned ponytail and the heart necklace. At level 1 she's crisply covered: a fitted white waistcoat over maroon, a maroon pencil mini, and plain grey sneakers — practical footwear for someone on her feet all day in the cafeteria. As the climate rises the outfit sheds fabric rather than changing character: an off-shoulder crop and micro-skirt at level 5, the top dropped to bare her chest entirely by level 10 — but always the same colours, the same ponytail, the same sensible sneakers. Even stripped of everything else, she keeps those practical shoes.

Warm and maternal at work, conservative at the table. Adelaide runs the cafeteria as the school's "Kitchen Mother" — friendly and helpful in her kitchen — but at the PTA she's a socially conservative voice who objects to anything risqué before (grudgingly) agreeing to let it come to a vote.

Level progression. As the campus climate rises (see School Levels) her maternal warmth stays; her conservatism is worn down slowly and against her first instinct — and through all of it she stays unfussy and hardworking, the practical sneakers and tidy ponytail never changing.
