Open the item, in this case itm.mtx.weapon.saber.mtx11.a01_v01, and grab the sound type: weapon.melee.lightsaber.unstable_saber
Open itmsoundtypes and grab the switch value, in this case unstable_saber
Open DevTools console (F12) and get the Wwise hash for the switch value by entering hashFnv32('unstable_saber'), in this case you'll get 375972927.
Open /resources/bnk2/weapons_data.bnk in the Events view and find the sound event you are interested in, e.g. Play_weapon_melee_righthand_activeloop to get the background hum of the lightsaber (see ?extracting?), and copy the Switch Container id, in this case 985063799.
Switch to the Hierarchy view, find the Switch Container 985063799 and click on it to open it.
Now on the right side, search for the switch value hash 375972927 and take note of the item(s) underneath it, in this case 157750904.
Now on the left side, search for 157750904, in this case it is a Blend Container with a single sound inside of it: 364297018.
Now when opening the Sound SFX 364297018 on the left side, you'll need to remember the audioSourceId (the .bnk file where the sound file is stored), here 426962037, and the audioId inside that .bnk file, here 13749522.
Switch to the Sections view to find the .bnk file for 426962037, in this case weapons_media.
Open /resources/bnk2/weapons_media.bnk and in the Media view, find the audio file 13749522.

There's also /resources/art/fx/fxspec/mtx/mtx_saber_mtx11_a01_v01.fxspec which might have the names as well
