FineBuild needs to do some internal initialisation before starting the SQL Server install process.

Item	Comment
Check Install Requirements	Validate that the server can support the requested SQL Server install
Setup Utilities	Ensure Utility programs available on Server
Setup Cluster Storage Group	Setup Cluster Group to host Storage

FineBuild will automatically perform the FineBuild Initialisation processing for each of the Items given above.
