Phottooo is a player that is currently in the unofficial co-mayor and builder of Krasnodar, German Empire. Phottooo has been in many towns, sneaking his way into power, being as far as PM of the SU for approximately 2 months. He has built, and helped out the building of countless towns such as Leningrad, Amsterdam, Leningrad again, Tulcea, and currently Krasnodar. Phottooo's ideology is Revisionism, and is a Socialist-Syndicalist; yet he follows the Party platform of Pumfee, ideologically Marxism-Leninism-Pumfeeism. Krasnodar is currently the joint work of Pumfee, and phottooo to create a utopian socialist town, with wide roads.

Phottoooism

Phottoooism is an ideology coined by phottooo; it includes the idea of creating a democratic, dominant party socialist state, with heavy government involvement, and the establishment of co-ops instead of private enterprises; he believes in a leftist government, but with democracy to balance out the party, so they don't go corrupt, or too dictatorship-esque. However, Phottoooism is banned in Krasnodar as a revisionist and anti-communist ideology.
