Krasnodar is a Soviet city founded on April 11, 2021 by Pumfee, Giga_Hydra, and phottooo, within the German Empire. It was created as a more personal city for Pumfee and Giga_Hydra, and to have more freedom in what to construct as well. Krasnodar is located in the warm and humid southeast of Southern Russia. The city's street plan follows ideas of Socialist idealism. It is to be developed as a major population, trade and export, and tourist hub and port for the Soviet Union. It also has three main religions, The Faith of The Harpy, Christianity, and Islam. The famous feng-shui vibe town of Verdansk, with the old parthenon being converted into a Temple of The Harpy, is also located within Krasnodar's western territory.

The official administration of Krasnodar is working as it calls itself, for the goal of soviet socialist societal reconstruction, and the return of soviet economic order and prosperous living standards. The official ideology of Krasnodar and the CPED is Marxism-Leninism-Pumfeeism-Maoism and Pumfee Kitty Thought.

On the 23th of April, 2021, Pumfee and Phottooo decided to move to China, to create their own town.
