Mechanic

• Can be placed down with a Jerry can and lit on fire, spreading both diagonally and to other oil blocks 1 block higher/lower than it.

Change History

• 3.2.0: Introduced block.
• 3.2.1: The block can ignite the same block if it's 1 block higher... or so I thought it would.
• 3.10.5: Improved oil fire spread, letting it spread diagonally and to blocks 1 block higher/lower.
• 3.19.0: The block now uses a flat block model instead of a pressure plate model.
• 4.0.1: Fixed the block having a block border around it, and the block being invisible.
• 4.5.6: Fixed block fire-spreading causing the game to crash on world rejoin (although you could rejoin a 2nd time).
• 8.3.1: Oil will no longer spread if it's raining (unless there's something covering the sky).
