Trade is the pirmary source of income here, traders from Istiathal, the Echovault Forest, Don Callum and Or'Ell fequently pass here, trading with the locals, eachother or passing trough.

The 'Elven elite' that is present in most of Fildaera is les present here, the city is run in a more universal style; with a city council and a mayor (in Essavu's case both are very corrupt and heavily influenced by the various trading guilds).
