Role-playing overview

Overview

Decision making for electric utility expansion requires cooperation of peoples with different expertises, role-playing design and corresponding modulization of UIL allow users with different expertises work independently, therefore it provides parallelzation and modulization. At the end, it could use graphical user interface to demonstrate the model status, which helps discussion and knowledge transferring.
