Here are some suggested aggregate measures of performance that might help people judge the relative performance of competing agents:

• Cost of delivered power
• Market share by population, by power consumption, by power production
• Revenue/delivered KWh
• Margin expressed as (revenue - cost) / cost
• Mean and standard deviation of imbalance.
