- Review current open issues due for 0.10 and 0.11, make assignments, work out blocking and design issues. This should include #12 (Ribeiro) and the weather-service work #58-68 (Ross, Finneman, Onarheim).
- Discuss ideas for balancing market design. We should read and discuss the Skytte paper for next week.
