Building a new customer model
Step-by-step instructions for building a new customer model and integrating it into the Power TAC server.
Population models (factored customers)
Bottom-up model for offices (details from Antonios?)
Controllable loads/sources in customer models
This is needed for further development of the balancing market in the DU.
Enhanced customer behavior (preference model)
Electric vehicles
- They may belong to household customers but their storage will be treated as a separate capacity (controllable).
- The tariff selection module will use the logit model used for the population models, parametrized for various degrees of rationality.
- The tariffs targeting to them will be charging tariffs and will look similar to the tariffs for controllable capacities.
- Apart from their charging behavior that serves their mobility needs, they are also subject to curtailment. This curtailment can be either shifting like a conventional household appliance or curtailment including discharging.
Electric forklift trucks
An optimizing model that represents a fleet of electric forklifts in which battery packs are swapped out for charging, operated on a shift schedule.
