Biography

Mathias administered sector readiness, staffing, security protocol, and emergency response. During the Vitals disclosure, Mathias rewrote eighty four security protocols to protect the Sector D nursery and coordinated Parliament paperwork following sanction.

Mathias was present for the Sector D reveal, the Sector C confrontation recorded as VITAL-CRITICAL-092, and the reconciliation recorded as VITAL-AFTERMATH-09. In the latter, Mathias secured agreement that Batista would holster his sidearm and submit to legal process, under threat of resignation with reactor blueprints.

Mathias died in 2063 from complications with his heart.
