The REG1-Base is the basic device in the OpenKNX-REG1 system It is a 1 TE (17.5mm) device for 35mm DIN Rail. It is meant for applications using no or very little I/O. This is the legacy version V0. For infos about the newest version see REG1-Base. |

- LogicModule - 99 channel logic module
- PresenceModule - 40 channel virtual presence, 99 channel logic module
- KNX-Tx: GPIO0
- KNX-Rx: GPIO1
- Prog-LED: GPIO2
- Prog-Button: GPIO7
- KNX-Save: GPIO6
- Front-Panel (REG1-Front-Universal: LED): GPIO3
- Front-Panel (REG1-Front-Universal: Button): GPIO24
- I/O: GPIO8 / GPIO9
You will get complete kits with almost all parts already be soldered here for a donation. Some soldering skills are still neccessary.
You should have following parts:
- solder 01x07 2.54mm angled pin header to the NanoBCU on to the NanoBCU as shown - cut the pins before soldering!

- solder J105 - 02x04 2.00mm THT pin header for connecting the front panel

- solder J100 - solder pins for the KNX connector and J200 - 01x04 3.5mm THT screw terminal for I/O
- solder the NanoBCU to the Controller2040
- configure the ribbon cable - press the IDC connectors with pliers or in a vice.

- solder J1 - 02x04 2.00mm SMD pin header to the REG1-Front-Universal and break away the frame

- connect Controller and Front with the ribbon cable

- mount it into the REG1-Case

- put the cover on the case and tighten the 6 screws gently

- connect with a Micro-USB cable to your computer and load a firmware of your choice
