The Relationship vocabulary is a service OMOP vocabulary. It includes concepts that describe all relationships represented in OMOP vocabularies. These concepts are used to fill the relationship table in CDM.

The Concept Class vocabulary is created and supported by the vocabulary team.

The concept names refer to the relationships that are used to associate any two concepts in the concept_relatioship table.

All concepts are assigned with the OMOP-generated concept codes.

All concepts in the Relationship vocabulary that belong to the Metadata domain are non-Standard. Concepts that belong to the Relationship domain are Standard.

Concepts in the Relationship vocabulary belong to the Metadata and Relationship domains.

All concepts in the Relationship vocabulary belong to the Relationship concept class.

Concepts in the Relationship vocabulary are used for reference only and do not have either hierarchical or attribute relationships to other concepts.
