We use teamboard-meta repository for communication and issue management. Remember that everything in github is public information at this point.

Github issue tracker is a powerful tool for managing issues and tasks. You can describe and comment tickets. You can also make links from/to github wiki.

Github Wiki is a great way to write and share documents. You can also make links from/to github issues.
