Handling multiple skeletons - MotionTooler/MotionToolsWiki GitHub Wiki
This section explains how to use the MotionTools window while working with multiple skeletons at once.
Note: Make sure you followed the tutorial on how to properly import a model into Unity, before starting with this tutorial.
Target Objects
The MotionTools window, which can be found in the menubar under 'Neuron/Motion Tools' contains a list of all the currently selected humanoid models in the scene. An entry in this list consists out of 4 parts:
- A checkbox which indicates whether functions used in the MotionTools tab will be applied on this model.
- The object/model to which this entry corresponds.
- The layer in which this model functions.
- A button to deselect the model in Unity, removing it from the list.
Above the list three buttons can be found:
- Select all: check all the boxes in '1', so that every function will now be applied upon all the selected objects.
- Deselect all: removes checks from all the boxes in '1', functions will have no effect.
- Invert selection: Inverts the selections in '1'.
Applying functions
It is mentioned before, but the MotionTools window allows its functions to be applied on multiple models at once. When you want to apply a function to a certain model, make sure that the model is selected in Unity and shows up in the list (if it does not, make sure you imported the model right). Furthermore the checkbox in front of the entry of this model in the lest should be checked.
