Based on online research, it appears that the Tegra TX1 dev board is sensitive to power fluctuations that normally occur on a robot. See references below:

###Fix description: From the NVidia fix recommendation:
- The sensitivity of the circuit can be reduced by adding a 4.7uF 35v ceramic cap in parallel with R105 and change C49 (0603) to 1uF 25v or greater.
