Our server's lore is extensive, and separates from traditional SS13/14 lore. Nanotrasen and Syndicate references that one would find in other servers are described as components that happen elsewhere in the galaxy. The Null Sector is set in the middle of nowhere far away from everything else, and thus the presence of old Space Station lore is minimal.

The galaxy is ruled by larger powers than the petty organizations of the Null Sector, all of whom bear little to no interest in the affairs of the lesser states. These powers hold the immense influence needed to facilitate a permanently ongoing conflict called the "Eternal War".

Tucked into its galactic north-west corner, Sector 2 continues to remain embroiled in its own inward turmoil. Sector 3 has been predisposed with itself for much of its history, as it was and remains the battle grounds of between larger galactic powers that be. Authoritative planetary states dot many systems there as proxy states of the galactic premiers.

A “mostly uninhabited” lawless region of space bordering Sectors 2 & 3. The Rogue safeguards groups of free-acting agents in the galaxy whom use the region’s lack of developed systems as places of retreat and zones of unregulated expansion; often at the dismay of its neighbors. Due to resting on the edge of the galaxy, the systems present in the region are old and generally uninhabitable with very few exceptions. Rogue Space is under the protection of the Rogue Sector organization(s), and the Rogue Sector Relay is the most equivocal authority to the Rogue and Null Sectors.

A vast expanse of space infamously known as a poor and empty region of space scrapped of all its worth. Bordering the Armada to its Galactic-East, the wild frontier of the null sector is protected by mercenary groups, private security firms and impromptu Militia. When malintent Armadan Subsidiary crews threaten to approach, it is up to the militia to arise to the occasion. The Null Sector has no government, order is kept through economic incentives. Above all else, all Null Sector organizations fight for their own freedoms, commonly united against Armadan scout ships as lieu of a great, uncompromising threat. This server takes place in the Lark Region of Null Sector space.

The Armada is a military state with a linear command structure whose self-proclaimed goal is to establish order in the galaxy at all costs. It is a state consisting solely of a biological robotic-minded species, an artificially created sub-species used for diplomatic engagements, and the abducted organically reprogrammed populi taken as tribute from “Mezzer” worlds to be used as disposable warfront soldiery. The Armada's sole mission statement is to spread "Order" throughout the galaxy under totalitarian systems.

It possess no external market, barring all trade between itself and the remainder of the galaxy. It consists of no financially-backed economy, as all individuals within the Armada amongst its most vital ranks robotically serve the state. Instead, the transfer of materials is conducted through a complex requisition - acquisition system.

The hybridized language of Armadan-Common “Comm-Nac” was created for the purpose of allowing Armadan officials to communicate with delegates outside the state. Their hegemony over technology and galactic space overall has left much of what’s left of the galaxy embittered to their presence. Too preoccupied with ongoing external wars, the Armada sends subsidiary companies to occupy corners of the galaxy it pays little attention to.

The antagonists of the Null Sector are the Subsidiary Companies that the Armada sends.
