This block is not obtainable. It can be found in the Ancient Citadel, at its center.

This block is used to summon the Contagion Incarnation. To do so, one of each neutral crystal must be placed inside it. When all progression bars from all crystals reach the center part, the Contagion Incarnation awakes and rise from the center fountain under the room of the Catalyst.

The Catalyst is responsible for closing the gates and placing the solid corruption blocks in the fountain. Hence, placing and activating a Dysfunctionning Catalyst elsewhere than its intended place could cause some unwanted behavior.
