Task:

• Share and export reports in DHIS2

Instructions:

Step 1: Go to the Pivot Table, Data Visualizer or GIS app.

 

Step 2: Open a saved report by searching for it (click 'Favorites', then 'Open') or select one from the dropdown, or create and save a new one.

 

Step 3: Click 'Share' in the 'Favorites' menu to share your report with one or more User Groups. Change access preferences for a user group by clicking the dropdown box. Choose 'Save' to finish.

 

Step 4: Click the 'Download' menu to select the format you want your report exported in.
