Task:

• Create Min/Max rules in DHIS2

• Setting Min/Max limits minimizes data entry errors.

Instructions:

Step 1: Go to the 'Data Entry' app

 

Step 2: Select the OrgUnit from the tree on the left side of your browser window. Find the form you would like to apply a Min/Max rule.

 

Step 3: Double-click on the cell of the Data Element you want to edit. You will see a window like this popup.

Step 4: Enter the Min/Max limits for this data element and click 'Save'.
