Task:

• Comment on and audit data entry in DHIS2.

Instructions:

Step 1: Go to the 'Data Entry' app

Step 2: Select the OrgUnit from the tree on the left side of your browser window

 

Step 3: Double-click on the cell of the Data Element you want to edit. You will see a window like this popup.

 

Step 4: Leave your comments about the data entered and click 'save comment'

Step 5: Find what User entered or updated the values in this cell, by click on the 'Audit Trail' tab
