Task:

  • Enter data into Event Capture in DHIS2.

Notes:

  • Within DHIS2, events are Programs with only one stage (e.g. school guidance counselor visits), without registration (participant identities are anonymous).

 Instructions:

Step 1: Go to the 'Event Capture' app:

Step 2: Select the OrgUnit from the tree on the left side of your browser window:

Step 3: Select the desired Program and click 'Register event':

Step 4: Fill in:

  1. Date of event in 'Report date'

  2. Data elements

  3. Any comments, if available (Comments cannot be deleted and will remain forever) NEW PIC BELOW

  1. Click 'Save and add new' to add another event.

  2. Click 'Save and go back' to finish.
