Task:
- Create Option Sets in DHIS2.

Data entry can be simplified by creating predefined response Option Sets (radio buttons).
For example, instead of an open-ended response box for 'Attendance', radio buttons and/or drop-down menu can be created to be selected.
EXAMPLE:

Instructions:
Step 1: Go to the Maintenance' app:
Step 2: Create the required Option Set: a. Click 'Option Set ' found in the 'Other' section.
b. If not, click the word 'Option Set'. Make sure your desired Option Set does not already exist.
c. Click on the blue '+' button at the bottom right corner.
d. Enter the Name and choose the 'Value Type' from the following drop-down menu (Integer is default):
e. Click 'Save'. You will automatically be taken to the 'Options' tab.
Step 3: Create the required Options:
a. Click on the blue '+' button. A new window will appear: (new screenshot below)
b. Enter the Name of this Option
c. Enter the Code of this Option (can be long form text)
d. Click 'Save'
Step 4: Repeat Step 3 until your Option Set has all the required Options.
