MUST BE ON Ubuntu 18.04

On Host (18.04)
- Create NVIDIA Developer account and login.
- Download SDK manager at https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/jetpack
- sudo dpkg -i sdkmanager_1.4.0-7363_amd64.deb (or you can just hit install via software manager)
- sudo apt install -f
- Start SDK manager, login.
- Connect TX2 (Hold down Recovery, Reset, and Power in that order, then release in reverse order).
- Select Jetpack 4.4.1.
- Download Orbitty Jetpack 4.4.1 support packages: https://connecttech.com/product/orbitty-carrier-for-nvidia-jetson-tx2-tx1/, under TX2 section (not TX2 4GB or TX2i).

building ros packages
issue where /usr/include/opencv4 is expected to be /usr/include/opencv. Just make a symbolic link using sudo ln -s /usr/include/opencv4 /usr/include/opencv
update ar_recog to opencv+2 support.
