The meta-mind is an alternate 3-dimensional view of the Cloud (like a reverse-color yin/yang), but instead of objects and users, you have messages and links, floating in the Soup.

Unaddrssed messages (MSG "Is anyone else bored?" >>) go to this SOUP (or perhaps to a group node in which you have traversed). People go to this space when they are looking for something to do, in contrast to when they have somethine sure, they've created, or to send a message of similar certainty. They can earn income or find messages from others asking questions.

All messages, might be said, occur in the Soup. This includes SYSTEM messages, that generally terminate at the edge of your own node (i.e. no one else gets to listen into them).

Conjecture: There is no graph that can't be expressed in 3 dimensions.

People who are looking for work, can list their skills in a WANT language and post the set? or the named node of the skill set they wish exercied to the soup, where it will float in this free-space, perhaps with a bounty. The color of this sphere will reflect the graph. People could collectively start building what is desired and post an offer at which point they negotiate to an agreement or wait until another bounty comes around.

NOTE: THIS MAY NOT BE A DESIRED FEATURE AND MAKE AN IMBALANCE WITH THE ATTENTION ON THE PHYSICAL WORLD.
