What is the purpose of digital identity, replace these items:

• keys for access (civics)
• photo of identity (social)
• finance card (economic)
• Asgaard: food allocation. Earth-side there is no fourth use: the purpose is cash/coin, not digital.

This is related to public data management.

A universal system of identity management. Combines:

• access services (buliding access, car access and start, your personal computer, etc.)
• qualficiations (driver's certificaitons, doctor, ,other)

Philosophy:

• reciprocity: If I ask for your data, I must give you mine.
• usable by the (published ideals) system and, in return, gives services back: tiered access-levels in each case.
