Categories are elements of an ontology. They are named vertices in the Soup, placed in some separate coordinate space or color schema than the Cloud,

Colors shift as they seek out and gravitate towards matching semantic graphs, when a match is made, it "pops" up towards the user who made the graph.

"SYSTEM: WANT:ProgrammingJob match found.". Within biology, this would create a bond, pairing the two near each other in physical space, pairing it within the cell which created the request. This can't happen in our world.
