What are these commands?
Commands Age of Power are phrases that the character says in the game. ClassicUO sends them to the server as a regular speech packet, and the server decides whether the line is a command or regular speech. They are not included in Runtime API C# Scripts IDE and should not be added to the Runtime API Manual.
In the original list, the typographic character ‘ is used as a prefix. For copying, the usual ASCII-apostrophe ' is used here.

The server may process multiple retries of the downgrade command with a delay. Don't repeat it blindly: there is a warning that five repetitions can reduce the stat by five units.
