Habits for stillness
- Less distractions when you are up early.
- No phone for 30 min after wakeup. "dont start the day on your back foot".
- Journal in the morning about what you want you did, want to do, are thinking, THEN follow up evening or next morning.
- Low stakes creative practice.
- Successful people dont do a lot of things, they do a few important things.
- Routine builds stillness, eliminates decision fatigue.
- Hobbies are amazing. think Churchill panting after the casablanca conference (destress).
- Hobbies should be UNRELATED to craft, replenishes the muslces you use in craft.
