Creating a 64x64 pixel icon (and vectorised version) for a spell in an action role-playing game.
Creating interpolated 3D models of trees by combining point-cloud data with mesh data.
Generating a new image in the style of a famous artist, then applying its style to many other images.
Generating 5-10 meshes based on each of your sketches, and generating voxelised versions for use in a voxel engine.
