Has a mod update broken your games? Fear not, you can painlessly revert to a previous version of a mod by following these simple steps:

1. Open the CKAN GUI client
2. Select the offending mod
3. Open the "Versions" tab in the mod info panel on the right
4. Check the desired mod version
5. Click "Apply"

CKAN will downgrade your mod now.

To prevent CKAN from auto-upgrading the mod in the future, right click it and add it to the "Held" label. This label is auto-created the first time you run CKAN, but if you have had CKAN installed for a long time, it may not be there; to create it, use the "Edit Labels..." option, create a new label, and check the "Don't upgrade" checkbox. If you would like CKAN to alert you when a new update becomes available so you can test whether the mod's bug has been fixed, check "Notify on updates" as well.
