Parameters struct (P)

Max. site (r1 in the figure) distance to consider as a single event if two spikes are detected within the refractory period P.spkRefrac_ms. This distance is used to determine the number of sites to extract features if maxSite is not set (if P.maxSite==[]). This distance is also used to specify the number of sites used for feature extraction (sites within r1 from the peak site).

Default value: 50 (um)
