Data Validation
Data Validation allows you to create No-Go failure situations by comparing, using Equal or Not Equal methods, fixed values or variable values taken from the Scan Station. This happens on the Downstream so a Hermes Board Record will be checked on Exit of the SMT Machine, if you want the Board to be validated on Entry instead, Data Validation is also available on the Upstream.
Examples
- NULL or Blank values.
- Replacing Hermes Property values with values taken from the Scanned Value.
- Barcodes are identical between the Hermes Property and the Scanned Value.
