Sprint retrospective is the time where we think about how well the last sprint went.
Preparation
- Order any conversations in the retrospective channel so that we can talk about similar things at the same time

In no particular order
- Discuss items on the list
- Discuss what made people mad, sad and glad during the sprint
- Discuss the current state of the sprint board
- Discuss items from the last sprint retrospective
- Are we implementing them?
- Are we happy with how implementing them went?
After
- Write up the meeting on the notes page
- Do any actions or update any documentation
