- At
CaMa-Flood
directory in the top directory of the JRA55-do package,- Put https://climate.mri-jma.go.jp/~htsujino/userspace/JRA55-do/repos/CaMa-Flood_source/latest/CaMa-Flood_v3.6_JRA55_20200911.tgz and extract code/scripts for running "CaMa-Flood".

In a storage region create a directory to put input/output files to/from "CaMa-Flood" (e.g., CaMa-Flood).

,- Create a directory named
OUTPUT
. - Then, in
OUTPUT
, put https://climate.mri-jma.go.jp/~htsujino/userspace/JRA55-do/repos/CaMa-Flood_restart/latest/CaMa-Flood_restart_20200911.tgz and extract restart files to start "CaMaFlood". (JRA55_mri directory will be created.) It has restart files for years 2018 through 2020.

- In the JRA55-do storage region referred to as

in JRA55-do preparation page,- Create a directory named

- Then, in

, put https://climate.mri-jma.go.jp/~htsujino/userspace/JRA55-do/repos/river_process/latest/JRA55-do-river-merge_v20200914.tgz and extract it. - Make symbolic link to
