The Saiga antelope is a medium ungulate native to East Asia.

Saiga antelope are rare spawns in temperate alpine & cold grasslands biomes. They always spawn in groups of 2-4 animals. They have a 1:3 sex ratio and are sexually dimorphic.

The Saiga antelope is a medium speed, neutral animal; they are aware of the player, but generally unbothered by their presence unless their offspring are attacked.

Saiga antelope can be captured and transported with either capture nets or capture cages.

The Saiga antelope can be tamed with herbivore kibble.

Saiga antelope have 8 hearts (16 points) of health, can deal 0.5 hearts (1 points) of damage, and drop 2 medium meat and 1 leather upon death.

The Saiga antelope is a medium animal with moderate food needs. They eat a ruminant diet consisting of fibrous plant roughage.

Saiga antelope can use scratching post, salt lick and apple ice treat enrichment items.

The Saiga antelope is a low fertility species, and can be bred with oak leaves. As medium-sized animals they have a gestation period of 56000 ticks, and give birth to 1-2 calves that will take 4 2/3 minecraft days to reach adulthood.
