pieTwkHorizontalHashMarkLength float. horizon disc tick marks
pieTwkVerticalHashMarkLength float. horizon disc tick marks
pieTwkHeightSnap float. ignore for now
pieTwkShipCloseToPlaneDistance float. if a ship less than this many units distance above the pieplate a drop-down won't be drawn
pieTwkPieCircleSizeMax float. maximum screen percentage size of the moveto disc
pieTwkPieCircleSizeMin float. minimum screen percentage size of the moveto disc
pieTwkHeightFactor float. affects how fast the moveTo point goes up and down
pieTwkBoxAngleFactor float. affects how fast the box depth can be changed
pieTwkBlobThreshold float. distance to which resource blobs get individual feet

pieTwkScaleUpTime float. how many seconds it takes for the pieplate to scale up
pieTwkScaleDownTime float. how many seconds it takes for the pieplate to scale down
pieTwkSeperateDiscs boolian. if this is false the transparent ring and the wireframe ring will be connected
pieLocaleID string or localization ID. the localized ru text of hyperspace cost
