The geneshot tool takes advantage of powerful features of the Nextflow workflow management system that were introduced in version 20.10.0. We recommend using this version or higher when running geneshot.

In order to update your Nextflow installation, follow these instructions, or simply use the NXF_VER environment variable when running a command. For example,

NXF_VER=20.10.0 nextflow run ...
