An important benefit of OGC API's is their ability to be crawled by search engines up to the item level.

This use case aims to set up an instance of OGC API Features and configure with SEO The service will be registered at popular search engines and its behaviour in the search engine will be monitored (and optimised)

SEO has several aspects:

• Sensible title/abstract/thumbnail
• Set non html encoding as non-crawlable
• Fast response time
• Define canonical urls
• Facilitate links from and to other sources
• Give the search engine user a complete web experience (access to the responsible authority, privacy warnings, etc)
• schema.org annotations for google dataset search
• sitemap to increase crawling speed
