Ciro is a G6 class main sequence star and home to 11 parent planets and 16 moons. Unlike the stock Sun in-game it has a far smaller radius and far higher surface gravity. The star having a custom name and the presence of many worlds at first glance makes for the most part of the incompatibility of this solar system mod with other mods, namely every planet pack that adds planets to the stock or primary solar system and most famously the Outer Planets Mod, but also contract pack mods and potentially some visual enhancement mods.
As of version 1.1 and by overcoming most if not all of the previous technical limitations, all of the star's stats in-game now match those on the feature image. It has also been given a custom surface texture and corona unlike stars from most other extrasolar mods.
As of version 1.2.0, it becomes parent to a secondary star, Grannus, a red dwarf.

- 0.96x solar mass
- 1.02x solar radii
Compared to in-game stock Sun:
- 0.87x luminosity
- 1.08x solar masses
- 0.27x solar radii
- 14.7x surface gravity (reference amount is 1.747g).
