The second moon of Gael. It orbits slightly farther out than its stock counterpart Minmus does and has a slightly greater inclination, making transfer times remarkably longer and effectively introducing VAT to plane changes. Distance and inclination aside, the delta-V investment to secure an orbit around it should be nearly exact to that for Minmus.
Between Iota and itself, Ceti is the more massive but comes a tad shy of carrying stock Mün's (0.16) gravity. Ceti's orbital period is roughly 1/4 longer than that of Minmus.
