  • Prodigal finished on the 21s of September: 3 genomes had issues when running prodigal : GCA_027490385.1,GCA_947461765.1 and GCA_947458415.1 : for the 3 of them the errors came when running profigal with translation table 4. We are using translation table 11 to solve this issue ( that is the table recommended by NCBI)
